Our content may discuss comfort, confidence, wellness, life support resources, and everyday encouragement. Possibility Passport may provide prompts, AI assisted resources, or AI based tools to help with planning, research, ideas, scripts, organization, resource finding, or everyday support. AI generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI generated information before relying on it. AI tools should not be used for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions, crisis support, emergency situations, or urgent health concerns. When you purchase a Possibility Passport product, course, download, resource, or service, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Payment processing may be handled by third party payment providers. Possibility Passport does not store full payment card details on its own systems. Some payment receipts, billing details, invoices, credit card statements, or administrative messages may reference Kinetiq Shift because Kinetiq Shift supports the business systems behind Possibility Passport.
Because many Possibility Passport products are digital and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final unless a specific refund policy is clearly stated on the sales page for that product. If a refund policy is provided on a specific sales page, that refund policy will apply to that purchase. When you sign up for a resource, waitlist, course, download, product, or email list, you may receive emails from Possibility Passport. Some administrative emails, receipts, billing details, or system messages may reference Kinetiq Shift because Kinetiq Shift supports the business systems behind Possibility Passport.
All Possibility Passport content, including text, images, graphics, designs, downloads, guides, templates, prompts, care cards, course materials, videos, frameworks, names, concepts, and related materials, is owned by Possibility Passport or used with permission. You may use Possibility Passport materials for your own personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, distribute, teach from, publish, upload, or use Possibility Passport content for commercial purposes without written permission.
If you submit comments, messages, testimonials, feedback, questions, form responses, or other content to Possibility Passport, you confirm that you have the right to share that information. You give Possibility Passport permission to use your feedback, comments, or testimonials for business, marketing, improvement, or educational purposes, unless you specifically tell us not to. We will not publicly share sensitive personal details or identifying information without your permission.
If Possibility Passport offers a community, comment area, group, event, call, or interactive feature, you agree to participate respectfully. You may not use Possibility Passport spaces to harass, threaten, shame, spam, mislead, impersonate others, promote harmful content, or share illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to remove content, limit access, or remove participants who violate these terms or disrupt the experience for others.
What You Are Purchasing
Your purchase includes one private 60 minute coaching session with Jenny. The session will take place by video call unless another format is agreed to in writing.
Scheduling
You are responsible for scheduling your session using the booking instructions provided after purchase. Your session must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase. Any unused session will expire after 90 days unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session one time by providing at least 24 hours notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as a missed session and may not be rescheduled.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time is not guaranteed.
Missed Sessions
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide at least 24 hours notice, the session will be considered used. No refund or replacement session will be provided for a missed appointment.
Refunds
Your purchase is refundable until the session has been scheduled. Once the session has been scheduled, the purchase is nonrefundable. A scheduled session may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice.
Coaching Scope
This session is intended to provide coaching, perspective, guidance, and support. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support. You should seek help from a qualified professional for matters outside the scope of coaching.
No Guaranteed Results
Jenny does not promise or guarantee any specific outcome or result from the session. Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, decisions, actions, and follow through.
Your Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and results. Any guidance shared during the session is for you to consider and does not replace your own judgment.
Confidentiality
Information shared during the session will be treated as private and confidential unless disclosure is required by law or there is a serious concern involving safety.
Recording
The session may not be recorded by either party unless both parties agree before the session.
Materials and Intellectual Property
Any worksheets, frameworks, exercises, documents, or other materials provided during or after the session remain the intellectual property of Jenny or her business. You may use these materials for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell, share, publish, teach, distribute, or reproduce the materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenny and her business will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from your participation in the session. Any total liability related to the session will not exceed the amount you paid for the session.
Agreement
By purchasing the session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not control third party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, products, services, or practices. A link does not mean we endorse or guarantee the third party.
Possibility Passport makes no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, improvements, emotional experiences, outcomes, confidence, comfort, relationships, or personal results. We do our best to provide thoughtful, practical, supportive resources, but your results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Possibility Passport, Kinetiq Shift, and their owners, team members, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, content, products, downloads, courses, resources, AI tools, emails, or related services.
